Buddha's Auto Spa is a mobile auto detailing business. Mobile service in Connecticut. This policy explains what information we collect through https://buddhasautospa.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We only collect what we need to schedule and carry out your appointment:

• Your name and callback phone number.
• The service address or town where the work will be done.
• Vehicle details you provide, such as year, make, model, size, and its condition.
• Notes you choose to add about the job, and whether water and power are available on site.
• Your appointment date, time, and the service requested.

When a deposit is required, your card details are entered into a secure form hosted by Square and are sent directly to Square. We never see, handle, or store your full card number.

• To schedule, confirm, and carry out your appointment.
• To contact you about that appointment by phone or text message.
• To take and, where applicable, refund your deposit.
• To keep basic business records of work performed.

If you provide a phone number when requesting an appointment, we may send you text messages about that appointment, such as a confirmation when your request is accepted. Message frequency varies and is tied to your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share information only with the service providers that make booking work, and only so they can provide that service to us:

• Square — appointment scheduling and payment processing.
• Twilio — delivery of appointment text messages.
• Cloudflare — hosting of this website.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Appointment records are kept in our Square account for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, except where we are required to keep them.

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
• Cancel or review your appointment any time at your appointment page. Cancelling at least 24 hours ahead refunds your deposit.
• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing the address below.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
