Submitting the form on our booking page sends a request, not a confirmed appointment. The time is held while we review it. Your appointment is confirmed only when we accept the request, and we will tell you when we do.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, including the service address, vehicle information, and whether water and power are available on site.

Prices shown on this website are starting estimates based on the service, vehicle size, and condition you select. The minimum job price is $90. Add-ons marked "from" depend on the scope of the work.

The final scope and price are confirmed with you before any work begins. Vehicles in unusually poor condition may need an inspection first.

When you request an appointment, a deposit of 25% of the starting estimate is held on your card. It is not charged at that moment.

• If we accept your request, the deposit is charged and comes off your final price.
• If we cannot take the booking, the hold is released and you are not charged.
• Holds that are neither accepted nor declined are released automatically, normally within seven days.

Card details are collected and processed by Square. We do not see or store your card number.

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit is refunded in full.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment and the deposit is kept.
• If we cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit is returned in full.

You can cancel at any time on your appointment page, or by calling or texting us.

Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and free of personal belongings. We may need access to water or power depending on the service. If conditions at the site make the work unsafe or impossible, or if the vehicle's condition is substantially different from what was described, we may need to reschedule or adjust the price, and we will discuss that with you first.

By providing your phone number when you request an appointment, you agree to receive text messages from Buddha's Auto Spa about that appointment, such as a confirmation when your request is accepted, and changes or cancellations.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase; you can always call or text us instead.

We take care with every vehicle. Detailing cannot repair pre-existing damage, and some conditions such as deep scratches, worn clear coat, permanent staining, or lasting odors may not be fully removable. Where results depend on the condition of the vehicle, we will tell you what to expect before starting.
